Revenue sources

The International Journal of Engineering Trends and Technology pays for itself and does not get money from the government or any other body. The processing of a publication depends only on the Article Processing Charges (APC) that writers pay. Since the magazine is “Open Access,” there is no cost to subscribe. The material can be read for free on the journal’s website—just click on the archive link. APCs are charged to all authors whose papers are accepted for publication after a double-blind peer review. This is done to make sure that material is freely available and to keep the quality of publishing high. The above resource helps pay for operating costs, such as the cost of having a website, the cost of peer review, the cost of journal production, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, journal management (web hosting, assigning digital object identifiers [DOIs] to each article, etc.), and staff salaries.
